1. Agreement Between User and Eureline Portraits

Welcome to Eureline Portraits (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eureline Portraits website, services, products, digital deliverables, and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, purchasing a package, submitting photos, communicating with us, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

2. Description of Services

Eureline Portraits is an online business specializing in AI-generated and AI-enhanced portrait services, including but not limited to:

• AI headshots for professionals and entrepreneurs

• AI portraits for children, families, high school seniors, and personal branding

• Stylized or luxury portrait transformations

• Image enhancement, editing, retouching, and digital delivery services

• Package-based services in which customers submit one or more reference images for customized portrait creation

We deliver digital image files only unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines, image counts, revisions, and package features are subject to the specific offer or package purchased at checkout.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years old, or

• you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor whose images you submit, and

• you have full authority to agree to these Terms

If you submit images of any child or third party, you represent that you have the legal right and permission to do so.

4. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that we may collect and process personal information such as your name, email address, uploaded images, order details, and communication history for the purpose of:

7. Consent for Submitted Images

You retain ownership of the original images you submit to us. However, by submitting images to Eureline Portraits, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use, reproduce, process, modify, edit, enhance, transmit, and create derivative works from those images solely for the purpose of providing the Services you purchased.

This license ends when your order has been fulfilled and any applicable retention period has expired, except where longer retention is required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes.

8. Promotional Use of Images

We will not use your submitted images or final portraits for advertising, portfolio, website, social media, before-and-after showcases, or promotional purposes without your consent.

If you give us express permission, you grant Eureline Portraits a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and publish selected images or deliverables for promotional purposes. You may revoke this consent by contacting us, and we will stop future promotional use within a reasonable time, except where content has already been published in completed campaigns or materials.

9. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed on our website or sales page and are subject to change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information. Payment must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise stated.

We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details unless expressly stated.

10. Delivery

Our Services are digital. Final images are typically delivered electronically by email, download link, client gallery, or another method designated by us.

Estimated turnaround times, such as 24 to 72 hours, are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery may be delayed by:

• low-quality or unusable submitted images

• incomplete customer information

• revision requests

• technical issues

• high order volume

• circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, storage limitations, or customer failure to respond in a timely manner.

11. Revisions

Some packages may include revisions, while others may not. If revisions are included, they are limited to what is stated in the purchased package or offer.

Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe we specify. Requests outside the included scope may require an additional fee.

We reserve the right to determine whether a request qualifies as a revision or a new/custom service.

12. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the customized, personalized, and digital nature of our Services, all sales are generally final once work has started.

Refunds, partial refunds, store credits, or order adjustments may be issued at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

• duplicate orders

• inability to complete the order

• technical failure preventing delivery

• exceptional customer service situations

If you request cancellation before work has started, we may approve a cancellation at our discretion. Once your images have been reviewed, processed, edited, generated, or your order has entered production, refunds may be denied.

13. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality, blurry, obstructed, heavily filtered, or misleading reference images.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, service descriptions, workflows, designs, previews, and other materials created by or for Eureline Portraits, excluding customer-submitted content, are owned by Eureline Portraits or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer, republish, or exploit any part of our website, branding, or business materials without prior written permission.

15. Rights to Final Delivered Images

Subject to full payment, Eureline Portraits grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the final delivered images for your personal, professional, branding, social media, and lawful commercial uses, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not:

• resell the images as standalone stock assets

• falsely claim authorship of Eureline Portraits branding or website materials

• use the images in a defamatory, unlawful, hateful, misleading, or fraudulent manner

• use the images in a way that violates another person’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights

If your package includes commercial rights or expanded usage rights, those rights are limited to the scope stated at purchase.

16. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge that our Services may involve artificial intelligence tools, automated image generation systems, retouching software, and digital enhancement methods. While we aim for high-quality and visually appealing results, AI-generated or AI-enhanced content may vary based on the quality of source materials, technical limitations, style choices, and system outputs.

We do not guarantee that:

• results will exactly match customer expectations

• generated images will perfectly replicate real-life appearance

• every requested detail can be reproduced precisely

• outputs will be free from all minor artifacts, variations, or stylistic interpretation

Purchasing our Services means you understand and accept the creative and technical variability inherent in AI-assisted imagery.

17. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or Services:

• for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose

• to submit images you do not own or control

• to violate the privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights of any third party

• to create deceptive identity documents, impersonation materials, or fraudulent representations

• to exploit minors or submit unlawful sexualized content

• to upload malicious code, spam, or otherwise interfere with our systems

We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend access, refuse service, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
